We make every effort to assure the comfort of the animals who are with us at the Humane Society of Baltimore County. Our staff provides regular meals, clean bedding, and kind words. The generosity of donors and volunteers provides the extra amenities.
The items listed here are used in the shelter every day. For information about dropping off materials, call our front desk at 410-833-8848x0. For general questions, see our website as www.baltimorehumane.org |
About:
|
Since its founding in 1927 by Elsie Seeger Barton, the Humane Society of Baltimore County has provided for the care of suffering and homeless animals. Situated on 365 acres of land held in trust for the Humane Society, it operates an animal shelter, a spay/neuter center, a pet cemetery, and a 345-acre wildlife sanctuary. The Humane Society is dependent on donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations, and income from fundraising events to support animal care operations. |
