Dorcas was a lady in the bible who made clothes and gave them away to help the poor Acts chapte 9 verse 36 .you are very welcome to join us,and support our work..at the moment there are 6 of us , we are desperate for more people to knit for us, and sew for us we would appreciate your help...if you dont wish to join our group you can knit at home for us and we will collect it from you.bless you . |

| our group meets every tuesday from 11 am in Prescot Community Church .8-14 Kemble Street, Prescot. L34 5HX. we knit and sew childrens clothes, we do a lot of premature baby clothes and blankets,we also collect childrens clothing which we wash & iron and pass on to people in need, The premature baby coats and blankets, go to our local prem baby units, we also need cots, moses baskets, and prams, and buggies.should you wish to donate any items to us please contact me, on 0151 493 0098,on a tuesday or thursday,or through this site. there is no charge for theese items they are passed on for free.. |
