Intro:

Due to foster home shortages, children can be placed in up to 20 foster homes, until a permanent placement for them is found. Many go to a different home each night, carrying their belongings in a grocery bag. Many times they lose some of their belongings and lose part of themselves, because of the foster system. The foster system is broken. We at Fostering Hope Florida, believe that siblings and non-siblings should have a home that they can go to until they are adopted, go back to their families or age out. We have created a network of "full service" foster homes, each licensed for 5 or more children and designed to simulate a traditional family setting. |
About:
|
We at Fostering Hope Florida, provide the home, the car and pay the bills for our Hope Houses. We have licensed foster parents that live in Hope Houses with the foster children. One of the parents will go to work, while the other parent stays home with the children. The foster parents provides the neutering and care for the foster children. We have siblings and non-siblings living in our homes. We are also out in the community helping other foster families by helping them with car seats, clothes and many other things that they might need. |
