we have a 2 bedroom house in sought after area in ifield crawley in a quite cul-de-sac.close to local shops and schools 10 min bus ride to crawley town centre.
one bedroom is the whole length of the house and could be partitioned (we are currently using this bedroom for storage so it has not been decorated) and the other bedroom is half that size with built in wardrobes (i built them myself).
the toilet and bathroom are upstairs and separate and there is a shower over the bath.
there is an open fire in the front room and a door leading to the garden.
the whole downstairs has solid real wood flooring throughout.
the kitchen has recently been extended (2 rooms into 1) and different units have been fitted (see pic's)the kitchen will come with an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer (sorry but we will be taking the cooker,cooker hood, splash back and microwave with us).
there is also a small utility room off of the kitchen which we currently have a washing machine,small freezer and 2 tumble dryers in and there is a door leading into the garden.
the garden is quite large and is a work in progress.
we also planted 5 bamboo tree's in April but sorry we will be taking them with us to.
we currently rent a garage from the council but you would have to apply for it through the council it doesn't come with the house but there is plenty of parking outside the house.
I have been as open about my home as i can because this is our last move.we are moving to be closer to our son in Brighton.
