How to recover your login information

So you've got some extra stuff you want to free recycle, or you're looking for some free stuff for your own use, and you've already created an account, and you're all set to go. The only problem is you've forgotten your login information.

Don't worry! We've got you covered. By following the instructions listed below, we can have you up and running in no time!

Step 1: Getting to the right page

On the top right of the main page of FreeMesa.org you will see a link saying "Forgot your password? Click Here!"

Step 2: Enter Your Email

If you created an account on FreeMesa, your email is in our system. If you enter that email address here, we can send you an email with your login and password. But don't worry, if you enter the wrong email, and it isn't in our system, we don't keep it in our system, and it will not get emails from us.

You should see a page similar to this when you enter your email.

Step 3: Your email was found

If your email was found, the page should display a message saying "Request sent. It may take up to 20 minutes to arrive. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your Bulk Mail folder."

If the email was sent properly, this is the message you should see.

Step 4: Email was not found

If your email was not found in our system,you should see a page should display a message saying "We're sorry, but the email you entered, xxx was not found in our database.", then you should try again. It's possible you used a different email to create your account, you have since deleted your account, or, perhaps have not actually created an account to start with.

Step 5: Free Recycle away!

At this point, you should be good to go! The email with the login information should be in your inbox or possibly in your bulk mail folder. In either case, you should be ready to free recycle your used stuff, or find new free stuff that could help you out.
