Love pets and ran a cat rescue shelter in my farm house for about a year until I met my husband and found he is allergic to cats.
I have a daughter, 23 yrs. old who has two boys, 3-1/2 and 15 mos. She is marrying April 19, 2008! God allowed me to have 1 healthy chid before he said I was done...Thank you God!
Have done much work with ill people and started college for RN nursing but couldn't keep my 4.0 GPA so dropped out to possibly return later, which I never did. I was a single parent and worked nights in a factory. I was also a dental assistant, and I have done extensive home health care work, where I hurt my back severely. I still help people when I can. I am a people person...happy-go-lucky type.
I don't smoke and cannot stand to be around smoke. It gags me literally!
I go to a Unity church...not to be confused with "Unitarian". I am a Christian and go to church most weeks and have Bible studies with friends. I find it very interesting and it's a good way to get out of the house with my girlfriends.
I am a great cook and know it...and my husband shows it now.I am showing it now too!
I love to crochet and do crafts and scrap booking. I am, I must say, talented in this area. I did all of my dsughter's wedding decorstins and bouquets! And I'm proud of it!
