Freecycling Made Easy!

FreeMesa.org Announces Groups

San Jose, CA (May 6, 2007) - FreeMesa.org, the world's first easy-to-use freecycling website, announced today that it has added private groups to the FreeMesa.org website. This is a full featured addition designed to help non profits, social organizations, and businesses with their own recycling efforts.

"While there are many group sites out there, none of them are designed to help their groups freecycle or help give things away in an efficient manner. Trying to make the existing sites work is a very tedious and manual process." said Brian Johnson, Director of FreeMesa.org. "We felt we needed to change this."

The groups on FreeMesa are entirely customizable - they have their own URL, login page, logo, look and feel, and private forums. This feature provides a very powerful platform to enable organizations to quickly and easily distribute their free stuff among their members at no cost and virtually no effort.

"Large organizations generate substantial quantities of E-Waste - Computers, Monitors, Printers, faxes, and other equipment that isn't broken but rather just a little too old to support. These new groups, the organizations can find this equipment a home, and no longer have to pay to have this hazardous waste hauled off, processed, and ground up into road fill." Said Johnson.
