Less Happy News: Email Problems

We have been having some email problems. When we moved servers last week we changed our IP address, which created a lot of problems with a bunch of Email providers like Yahoo and Hotmail. They were concerned about this huge flood of email coming from a brand new IP, and the shut it down as spam, blacklisting us, and blocking a large number of our emails.

We have been working long hours every day over the last week trying to get this issue resolved. It looks like we have most of the problems taken care of, so you should see the emails coming through like you would expect.

However, if you are suddenly confused why no one is sending you any messages from FreeMesa, it may well be that you ARE in fact getting messages, just they are still being blocked.

Hopefully we'll get this problem taken care of completely over the next week or so. So yeah, we're very sorry for any hassle, and we are working on it.
